About Jessika

My name is Jessika and I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Educational Instructional Technology at Sul Ross State University. As a future educator, I believe that technology can be a powerful tool to enhance student learning and engagement. That's why I decided to further my studies in this exciting field. Throughout my program, I'm gaining valuable skills in instructional design, multimedia development, learning theories, and educational software and apps.  I want to design innovative educational resources, tools, and experiences that make abstract concepts come alive for students. While the classroom environment is rapidly changing, my student-centered approach remains constant. I aim to leverage technology to inspire curiosity, increase inclusion, and prepare the next generation for an increasingly digital world. With my master's education laying the foundation, I hope to continue finding new ways to educate and connect with learners.
